Therefore, it needs to be well planned and based on a detailed timeline.<\/p>\n<p>At Voias SA we have developed an integrated human resource evaluation programme for businesses, based on quantitative objectives and qualitative assessment. The programme provides the capability of either an exclusively top down application, or bottom up.
